We provide our tried-and-tested tutorials and materials to help you gain the necessary CMFAS certifications, and we will sponsor your CMFAS examinations. To kickstart your career, all Associate Client Advisers will undergo our B.E.S (Basic Essentials of Sales) programme, and be equipped with comprehensive financial planning knowledge and skills. This is followed by a 3-month structured programme to hone your proficiency.

Once you start work at a Client Advisory Centre, your assigned mentor and Centre Manager will be on hand to guide you and ensure your success. Furthermore, you will receive leads regularly to help you generate new business.

As an Client Adviser, you will work in the modern and professional environment of one of our Client Advisory Centres. In this setting, you can give clients your full attention as you help them address their financial needs.

Leverage on various professional training and development programmes – Chartered Financial Consultant and Agency Managers’ Training Course to chart your own career path.  These courses prepare you for the rigours of being a Financial Consultant and, more importantly, that of an Agency Leader.
 
You can be promoted to a Financial Services Manager through your sales and recruitment efforts. As you progress and build your team up, you will move up to the next level – Financial Services Associate Director. Your final target will be running your own agency as a Financial Services Director where you will guide, groom and train new managers and financial consultants of your agency.
