Discontinuation of Cash Payments
Effective 1 Jun 2024, cash payments at our Income branches will be discontinued. We strongly encourage all our customers to go digital and use our ePayment services at the ease of your convenience. For alternative payment methods accepted by us, you may refer to income.com.sg/ppm.
Our Advisers are not allowed to collect premiums for your Income policies in cash or via bank transfers. Please also do not hand over physical cash or transfer money for your premium payment to our Advisers’ personal bank accounts.
