Worldwide Medical Insurance

NTUC Income launched the Worldwide Medical Insurance (WMI) on the 25 November 1997. It is specially designed to be comprehensive and unrestrictive. You have the freedom to choose where, when and from whom to receive your medical treatment.

It provides cover for expensive medical service/supplies in the course of medical treatment anywhere in the world. It also offers 24 hrs medical and evacuation assistance in the event of an emergency in any part of the world.

Who can apply?

This plan is available for companies that are looking for medical benefits for their employees on compulsory participation basis, i.e., all employees have to be insured under the plan.

If your company has existing Group Policy with us, you have the flexibility to choose whether to insure all or selected employees (at least ten) under this plan.

NB. The maximum entry age for the scheme is 60 years, renewable up to age 70.
