  • Q:If the event spans over 1 month but happens in 4 different dates, may I purchase one policy for the entire event?

    A:

    For event or activities organised in different dates within a month or period, please purchase the policy separately to cover different dates for the intended insured members.

  • Q:Can I backdate the commencement date?

    A:

    No backdating of commencement date is allowed.

  • Q:What happened if the event type and venue change before commencement date?

    A:

    Please write in to bix@income.com.sg with your policy number 3 days prior to the commencement of the event. Premium rates may change depending on the event type and venue.

  • Q:Can I renew the Policy for another year?

    A:

    There is no renewal for this product.

Product Coverage
  • Q:Does this plan cover overseas trips?

    A:

    Yes, it is only applicable to Bintan, Batam or Johor Bahru. Please send your request to bix@income.com.sg or connect with your advisor.

  • Q:Can I increase the sum assured beyond $30,000?

    A:

    Yes, please send your request to bix@income.com.sg or connect with your advisor.

  • Q:Are there any excluded events or activities?

    A:

    The policy does not cover event/activities that require usage of flames, fireworks or any other pyrotechnic driven effects.

  • Q:Is pre-existing condition covered in this product?

    A:

    Pre-existing condition or physical defects that existed before commencement of the policy is not covered.

Claim Procedure and Processing
  • Q:How do I submit a claim under Short-term GPA?

    A:

    You can submit the claim through our online portal here. If you need help on your online portal access, please email to bix@income.com.sg

  • Q:It usually takes 14 working days for us to process your claim upon receipt of the full documents. For claims which require further clarifications/documents, we will need more time and will keep you informed.
