SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On 7 December 2017, the Group announced its intention to enter into a strategic partnership with Fullerton Fund Management Company (“Fullerton”). Under the partnership, Fullerton’s holding company, FFMC Holdings Pte Ltd, will issue new shares to the Group. The transaction was completed in March 2018, prior to the signing of these financial statements. 35.
