🎁 Get 30 days of complimentary Viu Premium with FlexiTravel Plus!

1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:
   1.1. A customer shall be eligible to receive a complimentary subscription of Viu Premium for 30 days (worth $8.98) (“Promotional Gift”) with the purchase of the FlexiTravel Plus Plan (“Qualifying Policy”).
   1.2. For a customer to be eligible to enjoy this Promotion, the Qualifying Policy must be successfully purchased via the My Income Insurance App, and the customer must enter the promotional code “FLEXIVIU” during check-out.
2. This Promotion is not applicable to all of Income’s Travel Insurance Standard Per-trip Travel Insurance, Enhanced PreX Per-trip and Yearly plans, Income’s Travel Insurance Yearly plans and Income’s TravelBliss Per-trip and Yearly plans.
3. Applications for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted to Income Insurance from 4 September 2024, SGT 18:00 hours to 30 September 2024, SGT 23:59 hours (the “Promotion Period”), and premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period for the customer to be eligible to enjoy the Promotion.
4. A customer may enjoy more than one promotion offered by Income Insurance (if applicable) through the purchase of Qualifying Policy, unless otherwise advised by Income Insurance at the point of application.
5. The Promotional Gift is limited to first 450 policyholders, on first-come-first-served basis. While stocks last. Insured person(s) under the same plan will not qualify for the Promotional Gift.
6. The Promotional Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
7. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy are specified in their respective policy contracts.
8. A customer and the insured persons are not eligible for this Promotion if the customer cancels any existing Income's Travel Insurance policy and purchase the Qualifying Policy for the same trip duration and destination.
9. Income Insurance will send a redemption email to customers eligible to enjoy the Promotion 21 days after the Qualifying Policy issue date, provided that the Qualifying Policy is/are in-force as of that date.
10. Eligible customers may refer to the email for instructions on the redemption of the Promotional Gift. No hardcopy letter will be sent. 
11. The Promotional Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any benefits-in-kind.
12. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotional Gift with item(s) of similar value (“Replacement Item(s)”).
13. Usage of the Promotional Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).
14. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion and/or use of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).
15. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).
16. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).
17. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.
18. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
