1 Contents means any physical and movable household items or personal belongings including money and valuables kept within the premises that belong to you or your family members. 1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions

1.1. A customer shall be eligible to enjoy the discount (the “Discount”) set out in the table below with the purchase of the following policy (“Qualifying Policy”) in accordance with the minimum premium amount of the Qualifying Policy purchased:

This Promotion is not applicable to Enhanced Home Insurance 1-year plan.

1.2. A customer shall be eligible to receive STAR$ (the “Promotional Gift”) in the amounts set out in the table above with the successful purchase of a respective plan(s) under the Qualifying Policy (as defined in Clause 1.1).

1.3. Income Insurance is offering the Discount on the first 3-years’ premiums payable to applicants who successfully purchased the Qualifying Policy via:

2. To qualify for this Promotion:

2.1. New applications for Qualifying Policy must be submitted to Income Insurance from 1 April 2025 to 6 April 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), and if such applications are approved by Income Insurance, the policies must be successfully issued for the customer to be eligible to enjoy the Promotion;

2.2. The Qualifying Policy must have a minimum premium of $550 to receive additional 55,000 STAR$®;

2.3. Customers who apply for the Qualifying Policy Applicants must enter or quote a valid promotion code “HOME30” in the applications to purchase the Qualifying Policy; and

2.4. Premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period.

3. A customer may enjoy more than one promotion offered by Income Insurance (if applicable) through purchase of Qualifying Policy, unless otherwise advised by Income Insurance at the point of application.

4. The 30% premium discount is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.

5. The Qualifying Policy will receive a 15% discount for subsequent renewals, subject to Terms and Conditions of policy renewals.

6. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy is specified in its policy contract.

7. A customer who applies for the Qualifying Policies within 90 days from the date of expiry or cancellation of any existing/in-force Qualifying Policy with Income Insurance will not be eligible to enjoy this Promotion.

8. Income Insurance will issue a redemption email to customers eligible to enjoy the Promotion one month after each relevant Qualifying Policy is issued, provided that the Qualifying Policy is in-force as of that date.

8.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer. No hardcopy letter will be sent.

8.2. The Promotional Gift must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Promotional Gift, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu. 

9. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift for Qualifying Policy which is issued but terminated within 6 months from the Qualifying Policy issuance date by a customer, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the stated worth price in Clause 1.1 above, or the face value of the Promotional Gift.

10. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotional Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

11. The Promotion, Promotional Gift and Replacement Items(s) are not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.

12. Usage of the Promotional Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

13. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

14. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion, Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

15. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s) 

16. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion.

17. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.

18. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
