1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:
1.1. A customer shall be eligible to enjoy the Promotion with the purchase of any of the following policies, including any applicable rider(s):
I. PA Assurance Insurance;
II. PA Guard Insurance
(collectively the “Qualifying Policies”, and each a “Qualifying Policy”).
1.2. A customer shall be eligible to receive STAR$ (the “Promotional Gift”) in the amounts set out in the table below with the successful purchase of Qualifying Policy(ies) (as defined in Clause 1.1) in accordance with the minimum monthly premium amount of the Qualifying Policy(ies) purchased, including any applicable rider(s):
1.3 Adding up premium amounts from multiple policies or dividing the premium amount of a single policy to meet the Minimum Annual Premium amount set out in the table above is not allowed.
2. A customer may not enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income Insurance unless otherwise advised by Income Insurance at the point of application.
3. Applications for Qualifying Policies must be submitted to Income Insurance from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), and if such applications are approved by Income Insurance, the policies must be issued no later than 31 January 2024 for the customer to be eligible to enjoy the Promotion.
4. Payment of premium for the Qualifying Policy must be made by way of the yearly mode and payment of the first premium must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period.
5. The following persons shall not be eligible to enjoy the Promotion:
5.1. Customers who do not reinstate any lapsed PA Assurance, PA Guard, Personal Accident Plan, Personal Accident Infectious Disease (PAID) or i50 Insurance which is entitled to reinstatement in order to purchase a Qualifying Policy during the Promotion Period;
5.2. Customers who cancel any existing PA Assurance, PA Guard, Personal Accident Plan, Personal Accident Infectious Disease (PAID) or i50 Insurance to purchase a new PA Assurance plan during the Promotion Period; and
5.3. Customers who apply for a Qualifying Policy within 90 days from the date of expiry or cancellation of any in-force/existing PA Assurance, PA Guard, Personal Accident plan, Personal Accident Infectious Disease (PAID), i50 Insurance policy issued by Income Insurance.
6. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policies issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policies are specified in their respective policy contracts.
7. Income Insurance will issue a redemption email to customers eligible to enjoy the Promotion 1 month after each relevant Qualifying Policy is issued, provided that the Qualifying Policy is in-force as of that date.
7.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer. No hardcopy letter will be sent.
7.2. The Promotion Gift must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Promotion Gift, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
8. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift for Qualifying Policies which are issued but terminated within 6 months from the Qualifying Policy issuance date by a customer, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the stated worth price in Clause 1.2 above, or the face value of the Promotional Gift.
9. The Promotional Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
10. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotion Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
11. Usage of the Promotion Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
12. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion and/or use of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
13. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
14. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
15. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.
16. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion (including the issuance of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s)) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

These policies are protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
