1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1.1. A new application of either the Worldwide Qualifying Policy(ies) and/or the ASEAN/Asia Qualifying Policy(ies) (as defined below) must be submitted via: i. Income Insurance website online at https://www.income.com.sg/buy/travel-insurance; or

ii. Income Insurance advisors; or

iii. Any Income Insurance branches; or

iv. The Travel product hotline 6788 1222; or

v. My Income Insurance App

1.2. In the event where a customer submits his/her application via the Income Insurance website, he/she must also enter and successfully use the promo code "WORLD24" during checkout to be entitled to the “Promotional Gift”.

2. A customer shall be eligible to receive the relevant discount and/or STAR$® (the “Promotional Gift”) in the amounts set out in the table above when customer purchases Qualifying Policy(ies) in accordance with the corresponding applicable travel insurance plans and minimum premium. For avoidance of doubt, the minimum premium will be determined after the application of the promotional discount set out in the table above.

3. Applications for Qualifying Policies must be submitted to Income Insurance from 20 November 2024 to 22 November 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), and premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period for the customer to be eligible to enjoy the Promotion.

4. A customer may not enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income Insurance.

5. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policies issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policies are specified in their respective policy contracts.

6. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will apply to any endorsement made to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge is in addition to any extra premiums which you will have to pay for making changes to the Per-trip Qualifying Policies such as extending the period of insurance or adding a new insured person. The Discount on premiums payable will also no longer apply as a result of any endorsement to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion and the extra premiums.

7. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will also apply for cancellation of any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge includes the prevailing administrative charge stated in the policy conditions for cancellation of policy. There is no premium refund for Per-trip Qualifying Policies which are cancelled after the start date of the policy.

8. A customer and the insured persons are not eligible for this Promotion if the customer cancel any existing Income's Travel Insurance policy and purchase the Per-trip Qualifying Policies for the same trip duration and destination.

9. Income Insurance will issue a redemption email with instructions on how to redeem the Eligible STAR$® to eligible customers to enjoy 1 month after the policy effective date, provided that the Qualifying Policy is still in-force as of that date.

9.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer. No hardcopy letter will be sent.

9.2. The Eligible STAR$® must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Eligible STAR$®, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.

10. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift for Qualifying Policies which are issued but terminated or lapse within 6 months from the Qualifying Policy issuance date, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to Singapore dollar equivalent of the amount of STAR$® or the full amount of STAR$® provided by Income Insurance as in the table above, to be determined at Income Insurance’s discretion.

11. The Promotional Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.

12. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotion Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

13. Usage of the Promotion Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).

14. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion.

15. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.

16. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

17. The Discount is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
