In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them below:
- “Promotion” means the 2024 SNACK Insurance $10 eCapitaVouchers Welcome Promotion
- “Income” means Income Insurance Limited.
- “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME mobile application.
- “SNACK Insurance” means SNACK Accident, SNACK Life and or SNACK Critical Illness policy in the SNACK App.
- “Lifestyle Activity” means one or more actions that the policyholder has selected in the policy application via the SNACK app to perform the lifestyle activity requirement which upon our receipt of the confirmation by the activity source of the policyholder’s completion of the lifestyle activity requirement and premium payment, will result in the issuance of this policy.
- Income is offering 1 x $10 eCapitaVoucher (the “Voucher”) under this Promotion, to new SNACK Insurance applicant who starts the Insurance Welcome Bonus challenge and issue a total of $10 SNACK Insurance premium during the Promotion Period, and the applicant must be a first time SNACK Insurance (SNACK Accident, SNACK Critical Illness and or SNACK Life) policyholder, subject to this Terms of Offer.
- The Promotion is valid from 8 August 2024 until 31 December 2024 (inclusive of both dates), whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).
- You will be eligible for the Voucher under this Promotion if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
ii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) you have never paid any premiums for any SNACK Insurance policy before;
iv) you have successfully linked a Lifestyle Activity to SNACK Insurance via the SNACK App and ensured you have boosted your Insurance successfully; (refer to the steps here); and
v) you have started the Insurance Welcome Bonus challenge and you have successfully paid a total of $10 SNACK Insurance premium and complete the challenge within Promotion Period. - If you are eligible to receive the Voucher, you will receive the Voucher by the end of the following month upon completion of the challenge (i.e if you complete the challenge in Sep 2024, you will receive the Voucher in Oct 2024). The Voucher will be sent via an email to your SNACK registered email address.
- Each applicant shall only be entitled to the Voucher once, under this Promotion when the applicant signs up for the SNACK Insurance via the SNACK App.
- The Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash or benefit in kind.
- You agree that your right to redeem the Voucher under this Promotion is subjected to you meeting all the eligibility criteria as set out in this Terms of Offer.
- Income reserves the right to replace the Voucher with a Replacement Item at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice and after which you shall have no further claim to the Voucher.
- This Terms of Offer does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
- Income reserves the right to change, suspend (in whole or in part) the terms and conditions of the Promotion and /or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice.
- Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Voucher or the Replacement Item (if any).
