1. NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited (“Income”) is offering the following:
i) $20 Petrol Voucher to the eligible applicant, if the applicant successfully links their Lalamove Delivery Lifestyle Activity for the first time;
ii) $1000 free insurance coverage (“Free Coverage”) for each of the SNACK Accident/ SNACK-Life/ SNACK-Critical Illness products to the eligible applicant, if the applicant successfully links a Visa card as a lifestyle activity to the respective products for the first time via the SNACK BY INCOME online application (“SNACK App”) and is eligible for the respective products after completing the underwriting for each product;
iii) 10% upsized coverage for a period of 12 calendar month for all products available on SNACK BY INCOME mobile application (“SNACK App”) if eligible users successfully input their SNACK+ profile with Lalamove and their Lalamove SNACK+ identification number (“SNACK+ ID”); and
(collectively the “Promotion”) and subject to this Terms of Offer.
2. The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2021 to 31 December 2021 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. You will be eligible for the “Promotion” if:
i) you have a valid SNACK account
ii) you are a registered Lalamove driver-partner(s);
iii) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
iv) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
v) you have signed up for an account on the SNACK App;
vi) you have successfully redeemed the Free Insurance coverage as a new SNACK users;
vii) You are eligible for the SNACK products(s) after completing the underwriting process; and
viii) you have linked up the Lalamove Delivery Lifestyle Activity.
4. The promotion items offered are non-exchangeable for cash or benefit in kind.
5. You will be issued the $20 Petrol voucher at the end of each calendar month via email notification, from the time of your successful application of Lalamove Delivery Lifestyle Activity to SNACK product(s).
6. You will be issued the $1000 free insurance coverage for each of the eligible SNACK product(s) after completing the redemption process on the SNACK App.
7. The Promotion is valid for one-time use only by each eligible applicant under this Promotion.
8. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other incentives and promotions offered by Income.
9. This Terms of Offer does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
10. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Terms of Offer without any prior notice.
11. Income reserves the right to replace the Free Coverage with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
12. The use of the Free Coverage or Replacement Item shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant that issued the Free Coverage or Replacement Item.
13. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Free Coverage or the Replacement Item (if any).
