1. NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited (“Income”) is offering the following between 1 August 2020 to 31 December 2021 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”):
i) complimentary SNACK Investment credits worth $40 (the "Complimentary Investment Credits") to applicant whom successfully links a Lifestyle Activity to SNACK Investment for the first time via the SNACK App;
ii) $1500 complimentary coverage for the first SNACK-Accident policy successfully purchased by a MyRepublic customer via the SNACK BY INCOME online application (“SNACK App”) (the “$1500 Complimentary Coverage”); and
iii) 10% upsized coverage for the first month of the first insurance policy successfully purchased by a My Republic customer via the SNACK App (the “10% Upsized Coverage”), subject to this Terms of Offer (collectively the “Offer”).
2. You will be eligible for the 10% Upsized Coverage if:
i) you are a customer of MyRepublic;
ii) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
iii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iv) you have successfully signed up for an account on the SNACK App; and
v) you have successfully purchased your first insurance policy available under the SNACK App and have been issued with the policy within the Promotion Period.;
3. You will be eligible for the $1500 Complimentary Coverage if:
i) you are a customer of MyRepublic;
ii) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
iii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iv) you have successfully signed up for an account on the SNACK App;
v) you have successfully purchased your first SNACK-Accident policy and have been issued with the policy by Income within the Promotion Period;
vi) you are not entitled to the 10%Upsized Coverage.
4. You will be eligible for the complimentary Investment credits worth $40 if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
ii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) You have signed up for a SNACK account or have an existing and valid SNACK account on the SNACK App; and
iv) you have successfully linked a Lifestyle Activity to SNACK Investment via the SNACK App;
v) You have completed the Customer Knowledge Assessment Form (CKA) via the SNACK App when you sign up for the SNACK Investment via the SNACK App; and
vi) You have submitted your application for SNACK Investment and the relevant information required by Income via the SNACK App.
5. Each individual eligible for the $1500 Complimentary Coverage shall only be entitled to maximum of $1500 Complimentary Coverage regardless of the number of SNACK-Accident policy issued.
6. Each individual eligible for the 10% Upsized Coverage agrees that the 10% Upsized Coverage shall only apply to the first insurance policy successfully purchased by the MyRepublic customer via the SNACK App for a period of 1 calendar month commencing from the date the policy is issued.
7. If you are eligible to receive the Complimentary Investment Credits, it will be reflected on your SNACK Investment portfolio by the end of the following Tuesday from the day that you have linked your first lifestyle activity to SNACK Investment. The Complimentary Investment Credits will be allocated to your SNACK Investment portfolio registered under your account on the SNACK App.
8. Each applicant shall only be entitled to the Complimentary Investment Credits once, under this Promotion when the applicant signs up for the SNACK Investment via the SNACK App.
9. By accepting the Complimentary Investment Credits via the SNACK App, you authorised Income to invest the total value of the Investment Credits on your behalf.
10. Each applicant will only be eligible to a total of $40 worth of Complimentary Investment Credits under this Promotion and 100% of the Complimentary Investment Credits issued will be allocated into buying units from the sub-fund known as the Asian Income Fund. 11. You agree that your right to redeem the Complimentary Investment Credits under this Promotion is subjected to you meeting all the eligibility criteria as set out in this Terms of Offer. Income reserves the right to replace the Complimentary Investment Credits accumulated by you under this Promotion with any item of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice and after which, you shall have no further claim to the Complimentary Investment Credits.
12. If you fully withdraw your monies from the SNACK Investment before the Complimentary Investment Credits are being issued, the Complimentary Investment Credits will be deemed to have forfeited and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
13. The Complimentary Investment Credit, 10% Upsized Coverage and $1500 Complimentary Coverage offered are non-exchangeable for cash or benefit in kind.
14. If you are eligible for the $1500 Complimentary Coverage, it will be added to your portfolio on the SNACK App by the end of the calendar month on the month you applied the promo code.
15. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other incentives and promotions offered by Income.
16. This Terms of Offer does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
17. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Terms of Offer without any prior notice.
19. Income reserves the right to change, suspend (in whole or in part) the terms and conditions of the Promotion and /or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice.
20. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Investment Credits or the Replacement Item (if any).
