1. NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited (“Income”) and National Trades Union Congress (“NTUC”) are offering the following:
i) $1000 free insurance coverage (“Free Coverage”) for each of the SNACK Accident / SNACK Life / SNACK Critical Illness products to the eligible applicant, if the applicant successfully links a Visa card as a Lifestyle activity source to the respective products for the first time via the SNACK BY INCOME online application (“SNACK App”) and is eligible for the respective products after completing the underwriting for each product;
ii) 15% Upsized Coverage to NTUC Member (“You”) on any insurance policy purchased by you via the SNACK BY INCOME online application (“SNACK App”), (the “15% Upsized Coverage”);
iii) Qoo10 $10 e-gift to you if you successfully register for the NTUC Membership via the unique link provided by SNACK (the “Promotion”), subject to this Terms and Conditions; and
iv) 2X $10 foodpanda voucher for each new to SNACK applicant if they have successfully sign up for a SNACK Account and identify as a Union SNACK+ member.
2. The Promotion is valid from 01 January 2022 until 31 December 2022 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Income reserves the right to extend the above Promotion Period at any time without assigning any reason.
4. You will be eligible for the Free Coverage if:
i) you have successfully signed up for an account on the SNACK App;
ii) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
iii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iv) you have successfully linked your Visa Card as an Activity Source to SNACK Policy for the first time on the SNACK App during the Promotion Period;
v) you have never linked a lifestyle trigger or an activity source before the Promotion Period; and
vi) you are eligible for the SNACK product(s) after completing the underwriting process.
5. You will be eligible for the 15% Upsized Coverage if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
ii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) you have signed up for an account on the SNACK App;
iv) you have successfully registered as a member on SNACK+;
v) your SNACK+ membership remains valid and has not been terminated; and
vi) you have successfully purchased any insurance policy available under the SNACK App and the policy is issued to you during the Promotion Period.
6. You will be eligible for the Promotion if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
ii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) you have signed up for an account on the SNACK App;
iv) you have successfully registered for the NTUC Membership via the unique link provided by SNACK;
v) you have successfully linked a lifestyle trigger to the SNACK-Accident policy within the Promotion period and you have input a valid promotion code on the SNACK app
vi) you have successfully made payment of 1 month(s) of NTUC Membership fees (non refundable fees) and activation of Credit/Debit Card Recurring (CCR) arrangement for future union membership fee deduction
vii) you must not terminate your NTUC Membership within 1 month(s) of payment of the membership fees
viii) you have not redeemed any Sign-up Gift from NTUC Membership within 2 years prior to the date of collection of the Sign-up Gift
7. You will be issued the $1000 free insurance coverage for each of the eligible SNACK product(s) after completing the redemption process on the SNACK App.
8. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other incentives and promotions offered by Income.
9. The Promotion is valid for one-time use only by each eligible applicant under this Promotion.
10. This Terms of Offer does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
11. You shall only be entitled to a maximum of $10 Qoo10 e-gift under this Promotion during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of policies issued to you.
12. The use of the Free Coverage or Replacement Item shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant that issued the Free Coverage or Replacement Item.
13. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Free Coverage or the Replacement Item (if any).
14. If you are eligible for the 15% Upsized Coverage on SNACK+, you will receive the 15% Upsized Coverage on the relevant insurance policy purchased by you through the SNACK App upon issuance of the policy during the Promotion Period.
15. If you are eligible for the Qoo10 $10 e-gift card under the Promotion, you will receive an eCoupon for the Sign-up Gift, which can be redeemed through the MyNTUC app. Members have to download the MyNTUC app to retrieve the eCoupon. You will receive a notification via MyNTUC app when the eCoupon is ready for redemption.
16. The 15% Upsized Coverage, foodpanda voucher, Qoo10 $10 e-gift card and $3,000 free coverage are non-exchangeable for cash or benefit in kind.
17. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other incentives and promotions offered by Income.
18. This Terms and Conditions does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms and Conditions and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
19. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion without any prior notice.
