SNACK PACK DIP

In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them below:

• “Promotion” means SNACK PACK DIP LUCKY DRAW
• Eligible SNACK Products means SNACK Chillax Pack
• “Income” means Income Insurance Limited.
• “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME mobile application.
• “Prize” means prize(s) won by the participants when they participate in the Promotion.
• ”Premiums” means the amount of money that was used to buy the Eligible SNACK Products.
• "SNACK Policy" means paid or free policy issued for any eligible SNACK Products.

 

PROMOTION OFFER:

ELIGIBILITY:

1. You will be eligible for the Promotion if:

i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;

ii) you are between 18-61 years old (inclusive of both years);

iii) you are an existing SNACK user with Eligible SNACK Products; and

iv) you have an existing valid and in-forced SNACK Chillax Pack Insurance policy.

 

PROMOTION PERIOD:

2. The Promotion is valid from 21 August 2023 until:

i) 25 August 2023, or

ii) when all SNACK PACK Dip Prizes have been won by the participants;

(inclusive of both dates), whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

 

QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS AND MECHANICS

3. Eligible SNACK users will be issued TWENTY-FIVE chance ("SNACK PACK Dip chance") for the SNACK Chillax Pack Insurance policy that they have issued, either prior to the promotion period, or during the promotion period, provided that the policy is still valid and not terminated. 
4. One SNACK PACK Dip chance will give a SNACK user ONE chance to participate in the Promotion for a prize.
   
   
5. If you have been issued 25 Draws for an existing SNACK Pack policy, you will not be issued another 25 Draw even if you cancel your existing SNACK Pack policy and re-issue another SNACK Pack Policy during the promotion period. 
6. Eligible SNACK User is required to tap on the “DRAW NOW” button to start the automatic draw. The item displayed on the screen thereafter will be the prize that the eligible SNACK user (“SNACK PACK Dip Prize”) have won.
   
   
7. Eligible SNACK user who has used a SNACK PACK Dip chance to start the automatic draw may or may not win a SNACK PACK Dip Prize.
   
   
8. Eligible SNACK user may win more than one SNACK PACK Dip Prize throughout the Promotion Period.
   
   
9. SNACK PACK Dip Prize won by eligible SNACK User is final and Income would not entertain any disputes or complaints on the SNACK Dip Prize. 
   
   
10. The SNACK Dip Prize is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash, credit or benefits in kind, in full or part.
    
    
11. Income reserves the right to substitute any SNACK PACK Dip Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
    
    
12. Once the SNACK PACK Dip Prize is determined by SNACK App, the prize will be tied to the user’s account under “My Prize”. In the event of any dispute of SNACK Dip Prize, Income shall have the full discretion to decide on the winner on this basis.
    
    
13. Income is not responsible for any computer software or communication failure in connection with the lucky draw.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

14. If an eligible SNACK user wins a SNACK PACK Dip Prize ("SNACK PACK Dip winners"), an in-app notification will be displayed immediately in the SNACK App. An email notification or in-app push notification will be sent to the respective winners by 15 October 2023. SNACK PACK Dip winners have to follow the instructions stated on the email or push notification to redeem their SNACK PACK Dip Prize. SNACK PACK Dip winners need to be a valid SNACK registered users and have started the respective SNACK Products to enjoy the relevant SNACK PACK Dip Prize (SNACK Life coverage).
    
    
15. To be eligible to receive all the prize(s) won in the promotion, you will need to ensure your SNACK Pack Policy remains valid and policy subscription payment is made from the time the prize is won till the issuance of prizes. Any termination or cancellation of your SNACK Pack Policy will result in forfeiture of all prizes won in SNACK PACK Dip. 
    
    
16. In the event if SNACK PACK Dip winners fails to perform the instructions within the redemption period stated and / or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by Income, the SNACK PACK Dip Prize may be forfeited at Income’s sole discretion.
    
    
17. Any request for extension to the redemption period of the SNACK Dip Prize will not be entertained.
    
    
18. Usage of the SNACK PACK Dip Prize is subject to the merchant’s or manufacturer’s terms and conditions of use. SNACK Dip winner and/or any other persons who benefit from the SNACK Dip Prize accept and enjoy the SNACK Dip Prize at their own risk. Income shall not be responsible or liable for any defect or malfunction in the SNACK Dip Prize and/or for any losses, injuries, damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses, or harm suffered or incurred or in connection with the receipt, use or enjoyment of the SNACK Dip Prize by any person.
    
    
19. Apart from complimentary coverage for Eligible SNACK Products, Income is not the manufacturer or merchant of the SNACK Dip Prize. Income shall not be responsible for and neither does Income provide any warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose and non-infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of any SNACK Dip Prize.
    
    
20. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the manufacturer or merchant in respect of the SNACK Dip Prize (apart from complimentary coverage for Eligible SNACK Products). Neither is the Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of other merchants of the SNACK Dip Prize, including with the products and services offered by the other merchants.
    
    
21. Incomeʼs decision as the organiser of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    
    
22. Income may vary these terms and conditions, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
    
    
23. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Promotion and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
