In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them below:
- “Promotion” means SNACK CNY DRAW
- “Distribution” means the bonus that will be given by the fund manager due to good performance of the sub-fund.
- Eligible SNACK Products means any of these SNACK Products - SNACK Accident, SNACK Critical Illness, SNACK Life or SNACK Investment.
- “Income” means Income Insurance Limited.
- “Investment” or “Invest” means a purchase of units from selected sub-fund using premiums or investment credit.
- “Investment credit” means the value in the form of credits accumulated under this Promotion that will be invested once it has been redeemed. The value of the Investment credit will not fluctuate, and it will not be eligible for any Distribution from the sub-fund, Asian Income Fund.
- “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME mobile application.
- “Prize” means prize(s) in the form of Investment credit won by the participants when they participate in the Promotion.
- “SNACK Accident” means the micro insurance Accident policy in the SNACK App.
- “SNACK Life” means the micro insurance Life policy in the SNACK App.
- “SNACK Critical Illness” means the micro insurance Critical Illness policy in the SNACK App.
- “SNACK Investment” means the micro investment linked policy in the SNACK App.
- ”Premiums” means the amount of money that was used to buy the Eligible SNACK Products.
PROMOTION OFFER:
ELIGIBILITY:
1. You will be eligible for the Promotion if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
ii) you are between 18-61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) you are an existing SNACK Account user;
iv) you have an active SNACK Investment policy;
v) you have successfully completed the following actions to earn the respective chances:
- Enable Auto Invest = 1 chance
- Issue minimum $88 worth of premiums = 1 chance
- Issue minimum $188 worth of premiums = 1 chance
- Issue minimum $388 worth of premiums = 1 chance
PROMOTION PERIOD:
2. The Promotion is valid from 16 Jan 2023 until 29 Jan 2023 and it is categorized into two periods:
i) Promo Period: 16 to 24 Jan 2023 (the "Promo Period")
ii) Draw Period: 28 to 29 Jan 2023; or when all Prizes have been won by the participants (inclusive of both dates), whichever is earlier (the “Draw Period”).
QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS AND MECHANICS
3. Eligible SNACK users will be issued the respective chance(s) for each action completed as per clause 1 (v).
4. Each chance will be entitled to one draw by tapping on the "GET MY ANGBAO" button (the "Draw Button") of the Promotion.
5. The Prize displayed on the screen thereafter will be the prize that the eligible SNACK user (“Prize”) have won.
6. Eligible SNACK user may win more than one Prize throughout the Draw Period.
7. Prize won by eligible SNACK User is final and Income would not entertain any disputes or complaints on the Prize.
8. The Prize is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash, credit or benefits in kind, in full or part.
9. Income reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another item of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
10. Once the draw result is determined by the system's automatic draw after tapping on the Draw Button, the Prize will be tied to the user’s account under “My Prize”. In the event of any dispute of Prize, Income shall have the full discretion to decide on the winner on this basis.
11. Income is not responsible for any computer software or communication failure in connection with the Promotion.

PRIZE FULFILMENT
13. If an eligible SNACK user wins a Prize, an in-app display banner will be displayed immediately in the SNACK App to reflect the Prize won. The Prize will be credited into their active SNACK Investment policy by 28 Feb 2023 ("Fulfilment Period") and an email notification or in-app push notification will be sent to notify the respective eligible SNACK users.
14. Eligible SNACK user must keep their SNACK Investment policy in-force in order to receive the crediting of Prize. In the event the eligible SNACK user terminates their SNACK Investment policy any time during the Fulfilment Period and / or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by Income, the Prize will be forfeited at Income's sole discretion.
15. Any request for extension to the Fulfilment Period of the Prize will not be entertained.
16. Incomeʼs decision as the organiser of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
17. Income may vary these terms and conditions, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Promotion and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
