Terms and Conditions

Singtel Senior Prepaid Plan - $15 Ultimate plan for 60+ (“Acupuncture Package Promotion”)

1. Income is working in collaboration with Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health Pte. Ltd. (“EYSIH”), to offer an acupuncture package consisting of 3 consultation and wellness acupuncture sessions at only $196 nett (inclusive of GST) instead of the usual price of $306 (inclusive of GST) (the “Acupuncture Package”) to applicants who successfully purchase from Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd’s (“Singtel”) the Singtel Senior Prepaid Plan - $15 Ultimate plan for 60+ and is eligible for the Singtel Prepaid Mobile Top-up Free Cover underwritten by Income (the “Eligible Customer”).
2. The Eligible Customer can purchase the Acupuncture Package from any participating EYS' TCM Clinic. The Acupuncture Package must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase.
3. Eligible customer will be notified by Singtel via SMS (“Promotion SMS”) of the Acupuncture Package Promotion and other terms and conditions for purchasing the Acupuncture Package.
4. The Acupuncture Package Promotion shall be valid from 3 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022 (inclusive of both dates).
5. The Acupuncture Package Promotion is not applicable for any consultation or wellness acupuncture sessions provided by Senior Physician. An additional surcharge of $4 will apply for each consultation with an Associate Senior Physician. Any additional treatment and/or medication will be charged separately.
6. The Acupuncture Package Promotion is applicable at all EYS’ TCM clinics except Eu Yan Sang’s Premier TCM Centres, One Wellness Medical and sessional clinics. For the list of all Eu Yan Sang’s TCM clinics, please refer here.
7. The Acupuncture Package Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, discount voucher, promotion, package, privilege card, corporate plan, stored value plan or managed care plan. Unutilised purchase will not be refunded or discounted.
8. The Eligible Customer shall keep the Promotion SMS strictly confidential, and shall not share or disclose the same to third parties.
9. Eu Yan Sang reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Acupuncture Package Promotion without any prior notice.
10. Income shall not be liable for any claims and disputes arising between Eu Yan Sang or Singtel and the Eligible Customer.
11. Under no circumstance shall Income be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Acupuncture Package or the Singtel Senior Prepaid Plan.
12. Income is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Acupuncture Package and Singtel Senior Prepaid Plan, and provides no warranty in respect of it. Income shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Acupuncture Package and the Singtel Senior Prepaid Plan.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
