1. NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited (“Income”) is offering the following (“Promotion”):
i) Supermom e-voucher worth $7.50 (the “$7.50 Voucher”) for each monthly premium, up to three months premiums, paid by a policyholder. This offer is available to the first 1000 applicants who successfully subscribed to a TRIBE Pack that is valued at $5/month on the TRIBE website, and do not cancel the policy within 3 months from the policy issuance date.
ii) Supermom e-voucher worth $15 (the “$15 Voucher”) for each monthly premium, up to three months premiums, paid by a policyholder. This offer is available to the first 1000 applicants who successfully subscribed to a TRIBE Pack that is valued at $10/month on the TRIBE website, and do not cancel the policy within three months from the policy issuance date.
iii) Supermom e-voucher worth $30 (the “$30 Voucher”) for each monthly premium, up to three months premiums, paid by a policyholder. This offer is available to the first 1000 applicants who successfully subscribed to a TRIBE Pack that is valued at $20/month on the TRIBE website, and do not cancel the policy within three months from the policy issuance date.
iv) Supermom e-voucher worth $60 (the “$60 Voucher”) for each monthly premium, up to three months premiums, paid by a policyholder. This offer is available to the first 1000 applicants who successfully subscribed to a TRIBE Pack that is valued at $40/month on the TRIBE website, and do not cancel the policy within three months from the policy issuance date.
The “$7.50 Voucher”, “$15 Voucher”, “$30 Voucher” and “$60 Voucher” are each referred to “the Voucher” collectively referred to as “the Vouchers”.
2. This Promotion is valid from 26 November 2021 to 31 December 2021 (inclusive of both dates).
3. To be eligible for this Promotion
a. The applicant must be the policyholder of the insurance policies issued under the TRIBE Pack offered by Income on the TRIBE website;
b. The insured under the application is not an insured of any other insurance policies offered under the TRIBE website; and
c. The applicant does not cancel the policy within three months from the policy issuance date.
4. Promotion code SUPER180 (“Promotion Code”) must be entered and accepted on the “Review page” when purchasing a TRIBE Pack in order to be eligible for this Pomotion. This Promotion Code is case-sensitive. There will be no refund or discount provided if this Promotion Code is not entered when making a purchase for a TRIBE Pack and a purchase is subsequently completed.
5. If you are eligible to receive the Vouchers, it will be sent via an email to the email address registered under the applicant’s TRIBE account accessed via the TRIBE website. The applicant will receive the Voucher at the end of the first calendar month from the policy issuance date.
6. The use of the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant that issued the Voucher. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to, or resulting from the use of the Voucher.
7. Income is not the manufacturer or merchant of the Voucher, and provides no warranty in respect of it. Income shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Voucher.
8. Income reserves the right to replace the Voucher with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
9. The Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferrable.
10. This Promotion is not applicable with other promotions, vouchers, rebates or privileges applicable to the Policy.
11. Income may change these Terms of Offer, suspend or terminate this Promotion without giving notice.
12. Income will have the final decision on all matters regarding this Promotion. No appeal will be entertained.
13. This Promotion Terms and Conditions does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Promotion Terms and Conditions and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
14. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the manufacturer or merchant in respect of the Voucher. Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of Supermom or Rise and Shine Pte Ltd, including with the products and services offered by Supermom and Rise and Shine Pte Ltd.
