We are committed to settle medisave-approved Integrated insurance claims promptly.

The following claims return rate table shows how long it takes each insurer to process Integrated Shield Plan (IP) claims with positive payouts. Please note that the rates below do not apply to rider claims.

* As AXA was approved to provide Integrated Shield Plans from 1 May 2016 onwards, the number of claims processed by AXA is currently insufficient for analysis.  

Note: The number of days insurers take to process claims includes the time it takes to obtain medical records from claimants or medical institutions.
